FCC Ministries
C.C. Callers
Our callers tell us they are being blessed as they bless others through contacting families each month. We currently have 19 calling groups led by caring compassionate people.
If you've appreciated calls, please let your "shepherd or shepherdess" know.. and don't hesitate to inform them of prayer
requests or needs that should be relayed to the church elders and staff. Would you like to join the CCC group?
Please let us know and we can arrange a calling list for you, too! We provide a short orientation to help
you make a call to several church families at least once per month. Thanks to all who have responded to this important ministry.
~~ In Christ, Rich Jenks and Charlene Simkins
Philippians 2 Gang...
Our new ministry opportunity introduced by Charlene Simkins is in the "Recruitment Stage." For those of you who shared an interest with her in forming a CARE ministry, we need to hear back from you again that you are ready to organize. For others who have not yet indicated an interest, we need to hear from you that you would like to be part of a ministry providing welcome to first time visitors and a ministry of monthly care for our members. Please call Rich Jenks at 801-0942 to sign on or reconfirm, or to get answers to your questions as you consider this ministry. Charlene is waiting for me to hear from YOU.
Worship Ministries
Do you have a heart for worship through music--either singing or playing an instrument? This is an open invitation to "All-comers" who have an interest in joining this ministry at FCC, to please join us at noon on Sunday, March 11th in the Fellowship Hall. We'll share some pizza and have an informational discussion about the possibilities of your being part of the music ministry.
Super Citizens
For our new members--Welcome! We are so glad you have joined our congregation. The Super Citizens ministry is for anyone 50 years of age and older. It provides a time of fellowship and exploration of God's wonderful world. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at noon for a potluck, September through May. We also take day trips when interesting places and events come to our attention. Currently we're looking for new ideas, and would welcome input from anyone in the congregation. Is there a place you have visited or heard of that you think we would enjoy? We're in the process of setting a date to visit the Egyptian Exhibit at the Portland Art Museum. Look for the date in the church bulletin. Submit your ideas to committee members Shirley Christensen, Loretta Green, or Charlene Simkins. We hope you will join us!

| Thank You

From Gordon and Carol Clifton: Thank you for everyone’s support and all the hard
work you did for Rod’s memorial service. You are very much appreciated!!
From Francis & Jennifer Floth: "We had a great time at the mission fair. Thank
you for letting us be a part of it...We hope that you continue to prosper as a
church as God blesses you and uses you in the community and the world...Not
only did I feel so encouraged and supported by so many of you, I left feeling
excited to be part of what God is doing in and through you in Tillamook. Thank
you for encouraging us in our ministry and in our faith. We are so blessed to
have you as partners in the ministry to college students in Seattle! God bless
you. Thank you also for pizza and for sharing a sunny beautiful Oregon beach
with us! We hope to see you all again soon. May the Lord move mightily in
your hearts and in the community. Immanuel. God with us!"
From Janice Clemans, daughter of Marie Moon whose Memorial Service was held here recently: "Again God
provided your gracious host June for the reception in your church [after the service]. Our family appreciated the
reception provided for us. I too have served many services for family through my Covenant church in Bellevue,
WA. Now, I know the importance of sharing of food at this time. Please take comfort that God confirmed my
Mother's faith in God from childhood as I attended your service on the 6th of April. Love one another is the
greatest commandment.” Thank you all.
