What's Coming Up
Knitters & Crocheters: Camp McGruder is hosting a "You Can Do" camp at the end of July for 8-18 year-old
kids who have cancer. The camp is intended to provide a get-away from tough times these kids face. The camp
is putting out a request for donations of bright-colored hats and scarves that would go with the theme "Fiesta." If
this is something you could provide, or if you have questions, call 355-2310. Many thanks.
Are you concerned about Underage Drinking in our community? You are invited to attend a meeting on Thursday,
May 15th, from 5:30-7:45pm at Tillamook Junior High School. Speakers include High School students, a physician,
county and state law enforcement officials, and more. Those sponsoring this eve
Super Citizens’ Trip to Lincoln City
The Seniors’ group is planning an excursion to Lincoln City on May 20th to have lunch and visit the
Connie Hansen Garden. If you’re over 50 and enjoy spending fun hours with some great folks, do plan
to join the group for the day--the gardens are reported to be wonderful. |

| A Night of Music |
The FCC Cardi-acts are sponsoring a concert here at 7:00pm on May 16th. Featured will be
music from “Four By Grace” and The Birdsong Family. The evening will be topped off with Ice
Cream Floats in the Fellowship Hall. There is no charge for this event, but a freewill offering will be
taken to benefit Relay for Life.
